Discreet Packaging

Shipping Options & Costs
We ship worldwide, and our pricing is refreshingly simple:
- Standard Shipping — $6.90. Reliable, tracked delivery to your door.
- Free Shipping — on all orders over $99. Reach the threshold and standard shipping is on us, automatically applied at checkout.
- Priority “Skip the Queue” — +$2.90. An optional upgrade that moves your order to the front of the line for faster handling and dispatch. Ideal when you would rather not wait.
You will see your shipping options and any qualifying discount clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order, so there are never any surprises.
Delivery Times & Tracking
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within approximately 9–15 business days, depending on your destination and local delivery conditions. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Priority orders are prepared and handed to the courier ahead of standard orders, which can shorten your overall wait.
Every order is fully tracked. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we will send a confirmation with your tracking details so you can follow its journey and know exactly when to expect it. Please note that customs processing in some countries may occasionally add a little time, and any import duties or taxes, where they apply, are set by your local authorities.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase. That is why we offer a generous 60-day return window from the date your order arrives. If something is not right for you, here is how it works:

- Send it back. We will confirm the return address and any details you need. Please pack the item securely so it reaches us safely.
- Receive your refund. Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days of us receiving and approving your return, though the exact timing your bank or card provider takes to display it can vary.

Hygiene Policy for Intimate Items
For obvious health and hygiene reasons, intimate and insertable products are held to a stricter standard than other goods. These items can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and with all hygiene seals fully intact. Once a seal is broken or a product has been used, we are unable to accept it back — this protects the health and confidence of every customer we serve.
Many of our non-intimate accessories, such as certain restraints and leather pieces, may be returned in as-new, unused condition with their original packaging. If you are unsure whether a particular item qualifies, simply reach out before sending anything back and we will happily advise.
Damaged or Defective Items
Every product is made from body-safe, quality materials and inspected before it leaves us, but on rare occasions an item may arrive damaged or with a fault. If that happens, we will make it right — no fuss.
Contact [email protected] within a reasonable time of delivery, include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You will not be left out of pocket for something that arrived less than perfect. This applies even to sealed intimate items, since your satisfaction and safety always come first.
