Extremely. Every order ships worldwide in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of MISTER OX, the product inside, or anything suggestive on the outside. There are no logos, no explicit wording, and nothing on the label that hints at the contents. To your courier and your neighbours, it is simply an ordinary parcel.
Will my bank or card statement show anything revealing?
No. Your billing descriptor appears as a neutral, discreet entry on your statement. It will not reference MISTER OX or the nature of your purchase, so your privacy is protected from the moment you check out to the moment your statement arrives.
Is my order really kept private?
Yes, completely. We treat your privacy as a promise. Your personal details are handled securely, checkout is encrypted, packaging is unbranded, and your statement descriptor is discreet. We never share your information with anyone for their own marketing, and nothing about your order is disclosed to third parties beyond what is strictly required to deliver it to you.

How long will delivery take, and can I track it?
Delivery typically takes about 9–15 business days, depending on your location and local customs. Once your order is on its way, we will send you tracking details by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the journey.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide, and every parcel travels in the same plain, discreet packaging no matter where in the world it is headed. Delivery times may vary slightly by destination and any local customs processing.
How much is shipping, and is there free delivery?
Standard shipping is a flat $6.90, and it is FREE on all orders over $99. If you would like your order handled ahead of the queue, you can add optional Priority (“skip the queue”) shipping for +$2.90 at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept, and are they secure?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Every transaction runs through a secure, encrypted checkout, so your payment details are protected at all times. We never store your full card information on our own systems.

Are your materials body-safe?
Absolutely. Your wellbeing comes first, which is why we work only with body-safe materials such as medical-grade silicone, stainless steel and PU leather. Our pieces are chosen to feel as premium as they look, while remaining kind to your body.
How should I clean and care for my products?
A little care keeps your favourites in beautiful condition for years:
- Silicone and stainless steel: wash gently with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap or a dedicated toy cleaner before and after each use, then pat dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.
- Insertable items: use only water-based lubricant with silicone pieces, as oil- and silicone-based lubricants can degrade the surface.
- PU leather and fabric accessories: wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth and allow to air dry away from direct heat; avoid soaking.
- Storage: keep items dry, cool and separated (a soft pouch is ideal) so surfaces do not react with one another.

How do I choose the right size?
Where sizing matters, each product page includes measurements and guidance to help you choose with confidence. As a general rule, if you are new to a particular style, start with a smaller or more adjustable option and build up gradually. Many of our restraints and wearables feature adjustable straps or closures for a comfortable, personalised fit. If you are unsure between two sizes, our team is happy to advise.
Returns, Orders & Support
What is your returns and refund policy?
We offer 60-day returns for your peace of mind. For hygiene reasons, intimate and insertable items can only be returned if they are unused, unopened and with their seals intact. If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it free of charge. To start a return, simply contact our support team and we will guide you through the process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to pack and dispatch orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update or cancel it for you. Once an order has been dispatched, it will need to follow our standard returns process instead.
Do I really need to be 18 or older?
Yes. MISTER OX is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Our products and content are intended for a mature audience only, and by shopping with us you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age in your country or region.
