We ship worldwide in plain, unbranded, discreet packaging, and your billing statement will show a neutral, discreet descriptor. Standard shipping is $6.90 and is FREE on orders over $99. An optional Priority (“skip the queue”) service is available for an additional $2.90. Estimated delivery time is approximately 9–15 business days, though transit times may vary depending on your location and customs handling.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including those caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address; we cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.

Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide (or to the carrier where local law requires). Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by your country are your responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 60-day returns window. For hygiene reasons, intimate or insertable items can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and with all seals intact. 6. Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal through a secure, encrypted checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
